About Me
Hi, I’m Lanette—a mother of two, fitness enthusiast, and passionate advocate for women’s health and natural wellness. My journey to becoming a fitness professional is anything but traditional. With a degree in archeology from the University of Wisconsin and a career in human resources under my belt, I bring a unique combination of skills to the table.
My background has shaped me into a strong communicator, an organized professional, and someone with an unwavering work ethic. From managing complex research projects to fostering meaningful relationships in HR, I’ve learned how to connect with people, understand their needs, and support their goals.
Now, I’m channeling my lifelong passion for fitness into helping other women live healthier, more empowered lives. I’m especially dedicated to supporting women on their wellness journeys, blending my knowledge about fitness and mobility training, enthusiasm, and personal experiences to create a welcoming and inspiring environment.
I believe fitness is about more than physical strength—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a community. I can’t wait to share my passion with you!
